Poster Session
The Poster Session will be held in the afternoon of Wednesday, June 2. All students who receive a subsidy will be required to present a poster, but other students are also welcome to present. Each submission will be a 2-4 page (double column) paper describing the research, along with a draft of the poster which will be presented at the conference. The submissions will be constructively reviewed to improve final quality. GRAND will be following the Graphics Interface Format (but 2-4 pages rather than 8). Templates can be found at http://people.scs.carleton.ca/~mould/gi2010/paperformat.html.
The submission deadline has been extended to May 10. Please use the submission system to submit both the poster and the paper. All students submitting a paper and poster need to also register as a reviewer in the system, as each student will be expected to provide feedback on three other submissions by May 20th. Final submissions will be due on May 27.
Further information regarding the submission deadline and process is available on the GRAND Wiki. Students will need to obtain a password from their supervisors.
