As our primary conference, GRAND 2015 will bring together over 350 network scholars and industry partners from 27 universities across Canada to focus on leading edge digital media research, innovation, and emerging technologies. The conference offers an exceptional platform for interdisciplinary dialogue and exchange in all areas of digital media, as well as opportunities to build new academic-industry research collaborations.
GRAND actively engages experts from almost every field, including natural and social sciences, medicine, art and design, technology, engineering, and the humanities. Our research explores the advancement and application of digital games, interactive media, user interface design, human-computer interaction, as well as the impact of digital media on education and learning, intellectual property, privacy and security, business and commerce, sustainability, arts and culture, health and wellness, and the workplace.
