Biography

Dr. Sudhir Mudur is a professor and present chair of the department of computer science and software engineering at Concordia University. Prior to joining Concordia University he was Director of National Centre for Software Technology in Mumbai, a Government of India research centre specialising in computer science and related software technology. His current research interests are in development of new computational techniques in 3D computer graphics for use in large data visualisation, gaming and immersive environments. Dr. Mudur has been researching the field of computer graphics for over three decades and has been publishing regularly in the areas of geometric modelling and rendering. Over the years, he has successfully collaborated with artists, designers and engineers in a number of multi-disciplinary research projects.
